Ray Strodl Consulting and INSETA both celebrate their 25 anniversary this year.
RSC congradulates INSETA on this milestone and we have been involved with INSETA this whole period.
We started working with INSETA during the development of the qualificaitons which became the NC Weakth Management
We developed training material for these qualificaitons for IISA on a license deal where they used our material under license.
Once developed in 2004 we acted as facolitator and assessors for the first learnerships run 2004 to2005 with the IISA as the training prpovider and then worked for a number of larger insurance companies who ere licensed to use our material as contracted asessor, moderators and facilitators.
We later be came a training provider in our own rignt and from 2010 onwards ran our own programs as a traiining provider.
We were also part of the INSETA SGB that developed the new NC Wealth Management and have been part of the develoment team for qualificaiton since then an d were part of the team that created the OC FInncial Adviser, OC Long term and OC Investments. When these program were renewed in 2024 and the OC FInancial Service Agent level 4, Financial Services Practitioner Level 5 and Financial Sevised Adviser Level 6, we were agian part of the team.
We have successfully comleted 2 to 3 verifications a year since 2010 with our most recen being August this year.
RSC and INSETA have worked together for 25 years and we congradulate INSETA on reaching this mile stone, which was celebrated at the last INSETA AGM on Friday.
Well done on 25 year and we hope to work togethre for mant more years.
