The learner is issued with a quote for the final amount to complete the program and once this has been agreed a formal TAX invoice is issued which gives the learner 12 months from invoice to complete the program.
Refunds from learners who do not want to proceed will be allowed, if these are requested prior to the program starting and will be subject to the pre-assessment fee and any costs incurred in the printing of material or booking of venues. This request should be received 10 working days before the start of a facilitated program and 5 days before the start of a self-study or CBT program. After this date, no refunds will be considered but we will allow substitution of learners.
Once the learner has been formally enrolled and the program, facilitated, self-study or computer-based has started the learner must complete and submit assignments and write exams on the agreed dates. If this is not done then learners may:
- Lose one of their free resubmissions for each deadline missed
- May have to pay the further assessment and material costs if the 12 months from the invoice is exceeded.
