Learners from the last verification in April have been asking about their certificates from INSETA who advised me they are in the current print run and will advise me as soon as they are signed and available.
Verification in May. statements of results in June and certificates due in August is the normal time frame and nothing is out of the ordenary.
I think that learners who are changing jobs are just a little anxious for their certificates. I will send the learners a scanned copy as soon as I recieve them and Carol will be in touch with you all to arrange collection of the origional documents.
