INSETA implementing new online system
Inseta are in the process of implementing their new MIS system to replace INDECIUM from 1 May to 30 May 2022.
Training providers will be given view only access during this process to be able to answer questions from learners on their training records, certificates and statement of credits but can make no changed or additions to the system while this transition is happening.
At the present moment this read only access is not available due to teething problems during this conversion, and we cannot access the system to provide any information on historical results, statement of credits and certificates.
We requested when this will be resolved and are waiting on INSETA at the moment and as soon as we have an update on how long this lack of access to the system will last, and when we can expect to be able to access the system to provide information to learners, we will update this post.
RSC will also be attending training on the new system on Tuesday and Wednesday next week on the new MIS and do expect this to be resolved by INSETA’s developer in the next day or so.
